After a leisurely breakfast and lunch we took the bus to Puno, Peru. After exiting Bolivia we had to walk across the border to be picked up again on the other side.

In Puno we went straight away for a boat excursion to the floating islands, los Uros, in Lake Titicaca. The islands are about 3m/9feet deep and are continuously recovered with reed.
We took a ride on a boat made of reed as well.
We returned to Puno where we had dinner and then boarded the night bus to Cusco.
