Day 276 Montevideo 7 November 2012

We arrived in Montevideo, Uruguay’s capital, after a short 2.5 hours bus ride, just in time for lunch. Next to our hostel was an excellent Italian restaurant, where we celebrated Obama’s win with a delicious 3 course meal.

 

 

Then we walked to the city centre and to the old city to enjoy the colonial high rises and charm of the city.
