Day 275 Colonia del Sacramento 6 November 2012

In the morning we shared breakfast with Diego Maradona, although it was a bit rude of him to keep his football at the table.

We took the slow ferry to Uruguay (3 hours), to the beautiful little town of Colonia del Sacramento and strolled along the cute cobblestone streets for the afternoon.

    

 

After Martijn told some school kids he was Dutch they all went nuts yelling in Spanish “Es Holandes!!”and wanting their photograph taken with him!

Sometimes when we find a nice place to eat we visit it twice in one day, like today. Paso de los Toros is a grapefruit soda we love.

Note: We have been on this trip together for 9 months or 274 days, or 6576 hours give or take a few seconds apart. Anyway you count it, it adds up! Good thing we are 'young' and 'in love.'
