In the morning we were in for a HUGE surprise, a spider had worked its way into our camper. Welcome to Australia!

Martijn mustered up the courage to remove the dead intruder but he was very much alive and Martijn got out of that camper as fast as he could! A neighbor came to see what all the screaming was about and came to our rescue- removing the Huntsman spider and telling us it was only a baby and not poisonous (but they do bite).
After doing some laundry (ourselves for the first time in 6 months) we went swimming.
In the afternoon we went for a walk along the coast and over to Cape Tribulation Beach, where Martijn defied all warning signs and stuck his feet into the crocodile infested waters!
