In the city of Angkor Thom we stopped at Bayon Temple (the one with the Buddah faces)

and Baphuon Temple (the world’s biggest 3-D puzzle restored by the French).
After lunch Martijn decided we could do the Grand Circuit instead of the smaller on. Ana, having been fed and cooled by the fan at the table hesitated for a moment and then agreed. Back on the bikes and off to Preah Khan- a huge temple that was eaten up by a tree.
After briefly visiting Preah Neak Pean and Ta Som – we had to peddle fast to make it back to town before night fall. In total we biked 25mi/40km in sweltering heat and humidity.
